This is my rework of Steve Legget's Aquarius featuring Greg Blackman originally released in 2015 on Apartment Records. APT08

Stamp The Wax
'The track is almost one long jam with twinkly Rhodes augmenting the sweeping pads and soft percussion. the kick drum is hardly being touched leaving plenty of space for vocals from Greg Blackman. Stepping over the 8 minute mark, maintains the interest til the last beat, its psychedelic danceability can almost be pictured as a live performance, a modern electronic, long distance relative of a Grateful Dead jam circa '72

Juno Records:
Mark's live sets capitalise on the unparalleled cradle of live Rhodes and those inimitable keys worn their way into this tender reworking of Legget's original. Its just the kind of house music that cuts through 'deep' tepid connotations to reach a truly meaningful emotional space on par with most moving of vintage Moodymann tracks (think something as heart-melting as "Rectify"
